ak bs1Refuse to help anyone unless you have membership. Doesn't matter that I was just there and was approved for a loan. Doesn't matter that my business does business with them, they would even let me buy quarters because I didn't have a membership. Looks like I will be banking and getting car loan with someone else.

She was very attentive and efficient with our out of state transaction, making a stressful situation easy. Credit Union one has always been our go to for local banking, and we will continue doing business as their team continues to improve with Loan Specialist like Victoria! Thank you for your help.

Ruth Johnston1Watched three cars in the lane next to me clear before the ONE in front of me. This happens every time I come here. Your rotation at the drive thru is ridiculous. I bank with akusa as well and never have this issue. Your check deposit app is unreliable so I have to actually deposit my checks at your bank. Please fix everything about your company. You’re broken.

ccghodge2I have been a long time member of this bank, but went in to deposit a check that listed my new married name and was told I would need my marriage certificate in order to deposit it—otherwise I would have been turned away after waiting in the long line forever. I’ve never encountered this issue before with other banks but apparently the supervisor is the one enforcing these rules. I seem to keep having issues with this bank lately and I’m honestly not impressed by the customer service anymore. Years ago it was great— lately it has been hit or miss.

Mya Blue1Love waiting 30 mins in the dtive thru, if you can't handle 4 lanes then maybe close one so people don't have to wait so long. How are you going to have 1 teller for 4 lanes.

Shanice Lawton5They are always nice when I walk in. The staff members actually look like they love where they work. That means they have good leadership. As a person who has been in customer since I was 16 you can tell the difference between genuine smiles and forced smiles.

J L5I have had accounts with other banks in the past and hàve had the worst experience with them. Credit Union 1 is the best branch. I am able to get all of my banking done through their mobile app and it makes life so much easier.

Love Ice3Some of the tellers are fantastic, there friendly, very prompt and know exactly what there doing & some are simply terrible at there job. There rude & have know clue what a $1bill is. Some management, wont acknowledge the wrong doing & train the employee better. Then upper management gets involved & says absolutely the employee was wrong! There is just alot of holes. But again, there are alot of great tellers , but when I'm going in & every other time is a bad experience, 🤷♀️

Genevieve Guthrie5As far as CU1 goes there is no better fcu or bank out there! I absolutely love them and recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated right!! If you need help with a loan or credit card ask for Karen she is the absolute best and has amazing customer service. In fact I had such a good experience with her I mentioned her to my sister who also has CU1 and she had worked with Karen in the past too!!! We both 10/10 would recommend working with Karen, she’s awesome.
