  Opened bank accounts for myself and my children thinking that opening an account at a credit union would be best compared to national banks. Lobby hours are bad, archaic online bank access definitely needs an upgrade in system. Also getting a rep on the phone is ridiculous 45 minutes estimated wait time. no we will call you back when you are next. Will definitely be moving everyone's account to a different bank

  Started coming here when they first opened, I was super excited to have one closer to my house. I've gotten to know about 3 of the ladies in there fairly well, and their customer service is PHENOMENAL! I especially enjoy talking to April through the automated teller system, she's super helpful with my million questions and very friendly. The taller lady who is usually in the front walked me through the teller system my first time and was very helpful as well. They've even helped me with my kiddos when I had to take someone off my loan and transfer it to just me. It was a long process and my kids have alot of energy so I was very grateful. The blonde woman who helped me through that process was very knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend this location!

  Came into the branch today to make a final payment on my loan and no one could tell me the right amount. When I sat down to talk to someone they stayed quite and did not offer to help after looking at and investigating their laptop. I left overpaying and no one really cared. Also the teller could not print a receipt and did not accept change.

  Worst banking experience I’ve ever had in my life. Fees are charged unknowingly often times they will send to collections affecting members credit.

  Glad to see they opened a location in this area. The have interactive ATM's that connect directly with a live person to conduct your transactions. Open till 6pm during the week 7p on Tuesday's which helps when you need to stop by after work.

  Where’s the ATM at though? I don’t have time to go into the Financial center. Put the ATM back in the parking lot!

  Bridget, our parking lot ATM was vandalized during the winter storm and needed to be replaced. As of today, April 22nd, the ATM is live. We apologize for the inconvenience. -Amanda

  Credit human stole $100 of mine I had $100 in the bank and it disappeared they said they don't know what happened to it

  I just opened an account here and in absolutely love it
