      This is a little hidden gem of a place. They have great rates and the staff were super nice. All through the process, they kept me well informed and followed up promptly. Would love to do more business with them in future.

      Cranston Municipal Employees Credit Union is wonderful, I have never had a issue or problem that could not solve. Every employee there is kind, knowledgeable, and they really care about you. I always feel comfortable going in there knowing that they will take care whatever I need. I cannot say enough about them. I just hope and pray that they will be around forever.

      First, they approved my loan and then they denied it. Had me wasting my time getting different documents. I had never tried to take out a loan before and I felt they were not interested in trying to help me cover my needs. Please go elsewhere. UPDATE: I thought things ended nicely with these people and I was going to change my review ot a positive one, however, I then got an email from the CEO stating that my loan was denied because they had no confidence in my documentation. This AFTER they approved my loan. These people are ignorant and have no idea what they are doing. The lady who helped me was in general nice, but the CEO who emailed me has jelly for brains. Please dont go here. Their high and mighty attitude needs to be amended. Horrible, horrible place!
