  I bought my first home this year, and trusted Total Mortgage, banker Victoria Possidento to guide me along in the journey. Victoria has decades of experience in her field of work, and is extremely knowledgeable. Because I never bought a home before, I had many questions that were always answered quickly and efficiently. She worked in the best interest for my long term home ownership, and explained different loans and interest rates in depth and in layman's terms. One thing that is memorable of Victoria for myself is that she has a unremarkable positive attitude that helped through this process. I would highly recommend her!

  Domenic and his team are the absolute best. As a first time home buyer, there were a ton of questions I had and he not only took the time to explain everything in detail , but his response time is unmatched. He would call me on weekends after I emailed him, he explained options with the pros and cons of each, and took all of the stress out of the complicated paperwork process. I’ve since used them on refinancing the house and I can confidently say I will not use or recommend anyone else in the future!

  John Micheletti was absolutely fantastic! What a kind, patient and authentic gentleman! John helped my wife and I close on our first home. Knowing this. John made sure that we did not have to deal with the stress of purchasing a new home. Instead, he took it all and did all he could to insure that we never felt anxious. John looked out for our best interest in so many ways it would take days to list everything. Working with John you feel like it's family because he genuinely cares and it shows!
