  Being new to the area and state I needed some guidance on what coverage I needed. Kristen was so helpful, she took the time to explain the coverage to me and gave me options. From quote request to reply it was less then 24 hours and from quote to active policy was right about 24 hours. Great customer service, fast, friendly and helpful.

  I can not say enough good things about Raeanna! I was a customer of another SF agent here in Windermere and received the absolute worst customer service. I wouldn't treat my worst enemy as bad as he treated me. I called the 800 number and asked if I was able to switch agents and the agent gave me Craig's information. Within a day Craig called me and listened to all my concerns. He set up a conference call with himself and Raeanna to help me through the issues caused by my other agent. To say Raeanna is an absolute ROCKSTAR is an understatement! She has turned me into a huge fan and re-newed my faith in SF. Thanks to Raeanna, this office will have my business as long as I live in the state of Florida. I cant say THANK YOU enough to Raeanna and Craig!!!!

  As a former operations officer for bank, I was surprised when it got to my attention that State Farm Insurance is also a bank...I love the high level service I was provided at Craig Martin Sate Farm Insurance during my recent visit. A very convenient location full of knowledgeable individuals looking for my best interest. Simply amazing services! Like they said “ not just insurance but good insurance to protect my world “.

  I first worked with Alex to get quotes for auto coverage for our 2 vehicles back in September. He was great to work with, provided quotes with coverage comparable to what we were already getting elsewhere but at a better rate. He followed up with us, and made the process easy. Fast forward to now, when we needed a quote for homeowner's insurance, he was again quick to provide quotes and answer ALL of the questions I had. And if he didn't know, he found out for me. Happy to be doing business here.

  Normally, I am not one to leave reviews. I believe that a business should be judged on the quality of their services as well as through our individual experiences as customers. However, I feel that I need to share my experience as a first time shopper for insurance at this office. Life can throw you curveballs, and for many like myself a curveball in your mid 20’s can mean that you’re left in a position where you need guidance to make important life decisions. An agent at this office named Mike Roy took the time to call me to have the discussion that my parents should have had with me going into adulthood. I am currently in school and am working in the healthcare industry. My passion is caring for others. Sometimes I get so wrapped up with making sure others are taken care of that I forget to take care of myself. Like many of you, when I think about insurance I think about statistics and dollar signs. When Mike was discussing my options for life insurance that builds value over time I felt a light bulb go off in my brain. For the first time I felt like I was being educated correctly about building a policy that would work for me. I felt really empowered knowing that it’s possible to create a plan thats tailored to MY needs, instead of paying for a policy (at my previous insurance company) where I saw money being taken out for a policy that included things I didn’t even need. During these times every moment, every decision and every dollar counts.There came a point in our conversation where I felt that Mike was my financial advisor, an insurance agent and an old friend. I am super pleased with the top notch service I received today. I hope that if you’re on the fence about having the discussion about insurance that you go to Mike Roy. Thank you again Mike. I appreciate all your work today and I can’t wait to refer my friends and family to you. Thank you thank you!!
