  An amazing community based bank business has come to life in the Hamlin area! Axiom Bank opened February 2018 and is more than just a bank. It's a community center! Need meeting space or a place to collaborate with others on a project? Axiom has meeting rooms, a conference center and a center space with power supply to assist you and your group for all your needs. Axiom also provides loans and other traditional banking services in a non-traditional, warm and friendly space.

  Until recently we were very happy with this bank and a few of it's employees. However,they switched from visa to master card debit cards,not informed in any manner and was not sent a new card,so we continued paying bills online thru the old card, only to get a bunch of no payment emails. We tried at least 3 times to get the new cards at this branch with no luck. Their system is always down or unable to print. Having us go back and forth with them in person and on the phone. Just a huge chaotic mess. Can't seem to get their act together. The manager is rude and doesn't seem to know anything about anything!!

  Loreta, Tina, Amy, Andrea... They are all awesome! I highly recommend this bank to any and all who ask now. I was at wits' end working with national banks on my PPP loan and walked-in here as a last attempt to get loan approval. They welcomed me in and quickly helped me get everything in place to properly submit to the SBA and the loan was approved even faster than I expected. Communication, courtesy and efficiency of the staff at Axiom is unparalleled! I could not be happier with their service. Thanks again guys!

  The Hamlin - Winter Garden location has the kindest, most helpful employees. They always greet me with such kindness, and they are genuinely happy to see their clients when they walk in the door. Additionally, they are always so helpful and always go above and beyond. I never thought I would ever be so impressed with a bank that I would take the time to write a review, but I feel so highly of the staff that I have to share.

  I love all the people here at my bank. They are always so kind and so helpful. Their office is gorgeous, welcoming, and warm feeling. Their response time is impeccable. Thank you for being my bank!!!!

  As a first timer in the banking system, opening a banking account was seamless here rather than the typical Mega-banks who upsell items that you may not even need. If "Customer-First" is at the top of your list, this is the bank to go to. Can't wait to have some good times with this bank!
