Macklyn Nason1Well, where to start.. I contacted a loan officer back in October, had taken all the steps to get a loan refinanced… they pulled my credit gave me a lower rate then I am paying.. great! They requested a 10 day pay off sent that great… did not hear from anyone, emailed, called.. nothing .. so I email the website about my experience thus far.. within a month of that a different loan officer gets a hold of me, I explain the previous situation and what I am trying to do… again they need to pull my credit and another 10 day pay off.. at this point I’m extremely frustrated, two credit pulls and they come back with a higher amount then I am already paying.. ah no.. 6 months ago it was less and would have taken that if the loan officer actually followed through.. if I could Of I wouldn’t even give this place a star.. sad to say because they are my bank.. not happy or impressed… get your stuff together CPort..

Brook Begin1I would literally give them negative 10 stars if I was able. Constantly pulling fees from accounts they shouldn’t be pulled from. 90$ a month worth for multiple months. Then spoken to like you’re a lesser human being because your account is overdrawn because of fees that don’t apply to said account we’re pulled. They literally rob you to bank with them and force you to stay. Absolute trash.

Joe Shaw2Made an appointment to speak with someone about opening an account. Got there and they said it was going to be a 2 hour wait. I told them (for a second time, first being when I made my appointment) that I drove 45 minutes for this appointment at which point they (finally) asked me which county my business was in. I told them Knox and they said they only service 4 or 5 counties at this time and knox was not one of them. Would have been nice for them to tell me over the phone before I wasted an hour and a half of my time. UPDATE: I do work in one of the 5 counties, I'm just not located in one of them. I understand the company's hands are tied with staying legal/compliant. I'm less displeased with that part and more displeased with how this was handled. I will say Michelle, the branch manager was extremely helpful and great to work with.

Laura Deabay5This is the best bank/ credit union I have ever used. I recommend them to all my friends and family! They are always able to take care of any issues that come up in a very timely manner, which is appreciated when you don't have a ton of time to waste making tons of trips or phone calls.

Melissa Monaghan2Service seems really random on what you are going to get. I spoke with D and she was less then helpful and a bit snippy. She had no answers to my questions and didn’t offer any other help. Reconsidering switching our banking to here.

Nicole1Took 2 days to get an answer on whether or not I was approved for a loan. I was told I could have a 4 year term with the down payment of $2,100, to be told today that I can only do a 3 year loan with almost $1,000 more required for a down payment. Not only did they waste my time but they also couldn't hold true to what I was told would work. Would rate a 0 out of 5 if I could. Terrible service.

John Boucher2Ebanking is always down. Don't see any upgrades after there done. Call one branch and end up talking to Portland's branch. Credit unions are supposed to be local not talking to someone 60 mile away who doesn't no you.
