  Love the $25 transfer fee for guns.$15 for additional guns if you get more than one.Easy to work with.Can get a copy of FFL to send or have them email. Always friendly and attentive when I go to pick up items.

  Had a few guns I didn't need or use and I wanted to see what kind of cash I could get for them. I expected to be low-balled or treated badly, but I was shocked, these guys were friendly, they listened what I thought my firearms were worth. They then did their own research, presented me a very reasonable offer. They need to make money too, so dont expect to get blue book, but expect to get a fair offer, it was a lot easier than listing them online and going through the time & hassle myself. I couldn't have been more satisfied!

  Excellent business establishment. Have used Cover All for previous transfers, but needed to pawn a rifle for an unexpected expense that came up, walked through the whole process with me, and just a great overall experience. Would definitely recommend them over the other businesses in the area that just look at you like you're beneath them.

  Very professional and efficient, I recently purchased a Thompson .45 from them. The gun came in excellent condition from what I anticipated. This is not the first or the last firearm I purchased from them, I will keep bringing my business here!

  $25 transfer fee, but that seems to be all that these people are good at. Small selection and VERY RUDE FEMALE staff... At this point I would rather pay an extra $25 to pick up a firearm somewhere else just to avoid these nasty people.

  We buy guns. We had a potential customer come into the store wanting to sell a gun to us. Nick who was waiting on a gun transfer helped himself to our customer and bought the gun out from underneath us. We told Nick not buy guns from our customers. Nick took offense to us not want him to compete against us in OUR store…NOT his Store and then wrote a very nasty untrue review about us. We rely on buy and sell firearms to support our business and employees. Nick I hope you’re happy with that made up story about us.

  Top notch customer services from start to finish. You can truly tell they value you as a customer. Will recommend to everyone I know. Great prices. The person who said the lady is rude is a liar. She treated me very friendly and professionally.

  I walked in to look for a new concealed carry, ended up walking out with a new Glock 42. The staff was very friendly and helpful, not to mention the prices on Glocks at many other gunshops are marked up much higher compared to here. Not only do they have cheaper Glocks then other gunshops, they have quite a variety of them. If you can't find the Glock you want, they can order it fast!

  I have all my firearms shipped here. Great people and place. They are the cheapest in the area for transfers. Do not hesitate to use them.

  Everyone in this place is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is the only place I'm going for any gun purchases or FFL transfers for now on.

  Nothing fancy, but everyone is very nice, transfer fee is quite reasonable and they are easy to work with. Highly recommended for firearm transfers if you live on the east side of Orlando.
