  Would put more stars if I could. Came in with a busted iPad Pro (screen not responding). Owner did absolutely everything he could to help me fix it and recover the important files I had on it, gave me plenty of options, I got everything I needed for an excellent price and second to none customer service. Would recommend 100%

  Totally awesome! All I can say is that my expectations were more than blown away by the wonderful customer service of the gentlemen operating the store. They gave me a wonderful deal in trade for my merchandise and were very friendly as well as helpful. A fun place to just look around at all the neat items. From musical instruments to jewelry and electronics, this shop has something for everyone; Highly recommended!

  I had to start writing reviews just because this pawn shop is a very great business. The first reason I enjoy is because of the honesty. The owners, even with their years of experience, still do their research to make sure That your getting the the right price selling/buying. They also have an online store on eBay with more stock and better material. I consider checking this place out!..

  Best pawn shop around town!!! They don’t rip you off!! They purchase your items for a decent amount of money.... super fair unlike the other rip offs! Very friendly service store is clean and organized will definitely be a customer for life thank you!

  This place has the best staff. I have never been treated so well. They don't judge people unlike other pawn shops. They worked with me from the very first time I pawned with them. Unlike big chains they see you as a person and not a file. Even after moving 45 minutes away I was going to try value pawn and quickly decided they were bad to work with. So now I make the drive and will always give them my business. I mostly deal with Javier and tiffany and they are such professional and nice people.

  I never been to a pawnshop before but I done my reviews a little and for what I can tell you is that, this one is the best. I called a few before this one and they were really rude on the phone to me. But the people here went out of their way to give me amazing customer service to me. I'm appreciated of their kindness. For now on I will keep coming here and I'll refer my friends here. Keep up the good work guys. :)

  From start to finish Isam was super helpful and helped us immensely in our search for an electric guitar for my daughter. Customer service was awesome, some of the best I've had. My daughter and father came with me and were also blown away at our overall experience. Thank you so much!

  This is not your average pawnshop. The place is small yet beyond clean, organized and just an overall awesome pawn experience. I walked into this place to sell some gold and "Boy I did not know what I was walking into", I even asked some pretty girl in there if It was a pawn shop. She was so polite yet bouncing everywhere working like she owned the place,( I think she's the owner) and the only girl there! Anyway they paid me Top Dollar and I mean I shopped around shhhhh , but from the fixtures, to the display to the crew that was there I Loved It and Will be back this is what I call a PAWN SHOP OF THE MODERN TIMES....

  I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been going to this shop for many years and Tiffany is always a huge delight and help. They offer way more than the large chain stores do on items, I know this because i've compared them. I think people don't understand that no pawn shop is going to pay you retail value for your items...they have to make money too! Duh.
