  You all know this market and that investors are buying everything up if you’re not on your toes well you won’t buy a house! With david we offered a 21 day closing with our offer and without his expeditiousness it wouldn’t have been possible. He stays in contact with the seller, makes sure everyone involved is doing what they need to do. His software he uses for documents and explanations are easy and self explanatory, along with being excellent at being easily accessible to answer questions or concerns. I have used david 4 or so times and there’s a lot to be said for someone who you can trust in this industry.

  My husband and I began looking for a first home in March of 2020 as the pandemic was just beginning, in the process of looking both my husband and I were furloughed and had to put the search on hold. Fast forward a year and we were ready again to began looking and we had no question in our minds that we wanted to continue using David as our broker and Chris was our realtor. They made the effort within that year to continue keeping in touch with us. They both were very patience as we put offer after offer and informative when my husband and I had questions. Would definitely recommend this team for anyone looking to purchase a home. David made our closing stress free ,10/10!

  Wow, let me tell you about David! I had an amazing experience with him as my mortgage broker. He was knowledgeable and skilled in his work; which allowed for him to crunch the numbers and get me the best possible loan (and at an even higher amount than I expected). This really helped to set me up for financial success for my first home. David was kind and patient with answering all of my questions throughout the process and was a great support through all the ups and downs of my home search. His communication was above and beyond throughout the whole process. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to be on my home buying team!   In this crazy real estate market, I could not be more thankful for David’s dedication and professionalism. I never thought we would be able to score the home we did but David went above and beyond by communicating not only with our real estate agent but also the listing agent of our home. We were also in a time crunch with a baby on the way and closed in 3 weeks!!! He always answered his phone and kept us updated through the entire process. He’s extremely friendly and easy to work with. It’s extremely hard to find people with his kind of work ethic these days, let alone kindness. Thank you so much for all of your help and making it such a smooth and easy process for us! Our family will never use another broker again.
