  Started my process with another lender who never even began to process my application even though we were supposed to be 2 weeks from closing. Luckily my real estate agent referred me to Bryan who not only got the deal done but also beat my original interest rate with the other guy. All of this in record time and with an awesome attitude.   Juan Escobar, our primary contact for this amazing team, is absolutely top notch. He is smart, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a lovely person to boot. Everyone else we dealt with was (surprisingly) just as excellent as he is and I would rate this experience with several more stars if I could. We got our beautiful home without any delay and they made the process (almost) easy!

  Amerifirst is by far the BEST mortgage company i have ever worked with. The service they provide is truly unmatched even by larger banks (BOA, suntrust etc). From day one, they have provided nothing but exceptional service from the beginning to the end of the process. Gillian Parsons is the most efficient loan originator i have worked with. She is super responsive, honest and professional at all times. Her depth of knowledge about loans, processing, rates etc is quite impressive. It is very common for her to even work off-hours to make sure that things proceed as planned. Her team consisting of Julie Martin and Tiffany Laux are very responsive, professional, nice and display nothing short of excellence in all of my transactions with them. I doubt that there is a company that can match their efficiency. I have closed on a loan within 3 weeks from start to finish!!!! That is almost impossible to find anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend them without any reservations and grateful for their service.

  We worked with Bryan and his team for over two years while we figured out what our next step in homeownership would be. Bryan mapped out what several scenarios would look like so we could make an informed decision. We never felt pressured or rushed, and Bryan earned our complete trust. Ultimately we refinanced and Bryan was able to save us over $250 a month, we received cash back at closing and skipped two months of mortgage payments. Tiffany and Lauren were super quick to answer any questions we had during the process and communicated with us regularly as to where we were in the process and what the next steps would be. We could not have had a better experience.
