  I don't care what anyone else says about this place, I found the people working here to be very friendly and helpful. They make you better offers then any other pawn shop I've been to. They have a lot of items to purchase. Remember people, it's a pawn shop, they don't pay retail. They are here to make money and helping people out in times of need is how they do that. I recommend coming here highly.

  1.5 star but ill bump it to 2. Pretty cool store that has a lot of stuff but I think a bit too much stuff which is why their prices are way too high. I get that as a business we have to make money bit not double the value. I want in to purchase a coin and their prices were higher than going online and just paying the shipping. A bunch of other items were also as much as buying it new. Now the workers were nice so they actually get these stars. I don't think I'll ever be going back.

  I've been going there for years. Bought a palm sander years ago and it still works great. Bought jewelry,instruments,Raybans, I've sold them items too. Staff has always been courteous and polite

  Very nice people but I would not do real business with them as far as pawning or purchasing anything out of there.

  The guys working there were super nice, however I don't have much to say where their integrity is concerned. We came in with some jewelry that they tested for us, and said that none of it was real gold. We went to a different shop where two separate women tested the same pieces of jewelry, and it turned out we did have something that was 10 karats. I wouldn't come back here, just because I'm not sure whether they are dishonest, or if their jewelry testing methods just can't be trusted.

  Went there and lady said my 14k bracelet was only 10k and could give me only 40. They have no idea what gold is and they are the worst pawn shop ever. Didn't even know how to so the scratche test properly, they will try to scam you don't go here.

  Last month my husband and I bought a $500 ring, $200 camera, and $80 necklace from here. Today I tried to get a loan by pawning the ring but the guy said without the receipt I could only get $75 even though I was coming back for it the next day! They asked for our names when we bought the stuff but somehow today he said it won't be in the computer! Do not do business with these crooks!

  They won't offer you much for anything you want to sell, given an offer of $150 for a $1500 guitar, I laughed and walked away, they just go based off of the cheapest item the brand has online. Save your time and energy if you're planning to sell.

  Worst service, period. Take your business somewhere else like across the street, those people are way more helpful and do not rip you off! I got here and there was at least four people working yet they told us to wait. They were helping one person and basically ignoring the other 3 customers including myself, like we weren't there. 15 min later wer'e still waiting for nothing, so we took our beautiful sterling silver spoon set across the street and they gave us the proper attention and service this place should have showed, immediately. They lost business and potential repeat customers... becuase they had crappy attitudes and were too "busy". Their loss.

  He robbed my account for 1500$ and gave me a fake receipt for 300$ ! IM SUING YOU!
