  Our experience was 10 stars! Everyone we dealt with at this office was knowledgeable, kind & efficient. In a day with everything done online without a face, Countrywide never treated us like a file number but rather a family member. This office fought for us & did so much work behind the scenes. We were given updates along the way & never wondered what was going on or what the next step was in the loan process. We will be recommending Countrywide to everyone we know!

  Stephen walked us through the different scenarios of our refinance and we settled on one which fit our needs. We had some bumps in the road due to the untimely response time of our current lender which would have affected our closing date. Stephen went above and beyond suggesting alternate possibilities in order to close in a more timely manner. The icing on the cake were the personal video messages that Stephen sent us throughout our refinancing process. Nice personal touches to let us know he cared.

  I would highly recommend Robert and his staff for all your home lending needs. Robert was wonderful from start to finish. He thoroughly explained every step of the way. He also prepared us for each step, so we weren’t surprised with anything. He is extremely helpful with this whole process. He provided options that we were not aware of as first time home buyers. He truly cares about his clients and only wants the best for them. I would definitely return to Robert again in the future.

  Robert Behic has been a true blessing. He came into our lives 30 years ago when my husband and I purchased our first home. We later refinanced our home and purchased a second home. Mr. Behic also helped my daughter purchase her first home and refinance it. After my daughter and her husband refinanced their home the rates dropped again within six months. Robert took it upon himself to contact them and offered to refinance it again for no charge. He answers our questions, provides suggestions, and returns our calls promptly.   Robert and Austin are a power house of information and work force. As a first time home buyer this was the most pleasant and smooth experience I think it could have been buying a house. I have heard horror stories of the house buying experience and this was everything I could have hoped for. These guy became like family.
