  Have been banking SDCCU for numerous years and it is sad to say but they have lost their customer service skills . Their overdraft fee are Outrageous 32.00 dollar and not willing to budge when it comes reversing even if it’s not your faults . In these times I feel they should be accommodating and flexible a bit more . I had a teller by the name of Diana and seemed to care what the circumstances were . There were fraudulent transactions made to my acct . Was not happy with her at all and when calling the 800 # they were able to credited it back immediately. Every circumstance is detention and they need to be more Lenient about ripping off 32 .00 to their customers.

  I went to this branch yesterday afternoon to open a car loan, only to find it was very busy and short-staffed due to COVID. I was told that I would need to make an appointment and they were booked for 2-3 days. I explained my situation that I was trying to purchase a car and the dealer would not hold it for me unless I went through dealership financing, which has terrible rates. The receptionist called two other branches without success and then spoke with her manager. Within 2 minutes I was being taken care of by Erika, who couldn’t have been friendlier or easier to work with. I was out the door with my new loan in 15 minutes. Just top notch customer service. I’ve also found that it is always helpful, especially in these stressful times, for the customer to be calm, kind, and courteous. That often begets the great customer service we’re all looking for.

  Never enough tellers. I am in on Saturday and there is over 20 people in line. Almost out the door. Need to hire more people.

  Great customer service. Great bank no monthly fees. Atms are not the best and are always down with issues.

  Worsts are rudest bank as I’m asking for help the are giving me attitude and making me wait so the employees can talk I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for them to talk about Christmas plans I will most definitely not be coming to this bank

  I went to open a New account for my Mary Kay Business yesterday and I was greeted by Michele. So warm and welcoming and very informative. Michelle quickly learned what I needed and set me up with Brenda who was just as amazing. I was a little nervous about how long it would take since I had my little 8 month old with me but I was in and out of there sooner than I thought. It was a wonderful experience overall. I was treated wonderful and not like just another account number. Thank you Ladies!

  Briana Acosta is amazing. She was like my little guardian angel. I went into the office to get a check for a car purchase. After reviewing the documents from the dealer and discussing my options that she pointed out, I realized I had almost made a major mistake that would affect my life for the next several years. I cannot express how much I appreciate her and her helpfulness. The kindness and compassion she has seems to be a rarity these days and reminded me that there are a few people out there that actually do care about their clients. THANK YOU BRIANA!!! SDCCU she deserves all kudos you could give her!!

  I enjoyed banking with SDCCU until I realized that you get scammed into multiple overdraft fees of $30. When there is no money in an account, withdrawals should be declined! SDCCU makes a profit off of allowing multiple withdrawals even when your account is already negative and applying a $30 overdraft fee for EACH ONE! Thanks SDCCU for screwing me over. Definitely closing my account and banking elsewhere.

  I want to let SDCCU know thatcharging a $5.00 fee for a replacement ATM card is wrong. I had fraudulent activity and HAVE to get a new card. So lets punish the customer for having identity theft by charging them because that wasn't at all stressful already.
