  Very professional, courteous, and responsive! Terri Juergens was our agent for selling our house. The house sold in one day, largely due to the the presentation she prepared. She was also able to recommend and schedule the contractors we needed during the process. Could not have asked for better representation!

  Lalena and Stephanie were absolutely amazing at helping us find our dream home !! We’re parents of two young children so being on time was almost always an issue for us and they were always there waiting with a smile and never hesitated to reschedule us if we couldn’t make it. They helped us look at almost every house we were interested in and always answered all of our questions. They were great about keeping us updated with everything that comes with buying a house and they’re super organized as well which helped so much. Also, they’re great with kids and even helped us out with our little ones while looking at houses. Our experience buying a house literally was the best thanks to those hard working women.   Joshua Orrantia, and Julie Sanchez of Country Realty did an amazing job for us. We had exhausted all of our resources to sell our home, and buy our dream home. We hit roadblocks around every corner. I discussed our situation, Josh met us later that day. He brought a program for us that worked to leverage our equity, and buy our dream home, then sell our Tehachapi home once we had moved. It was seamless. Better than we could have planned.   Be very careful! Be very alert before you decide to hire a realtor from this company. I thought I was protected by my real estate agent in the process of buying a house, but that was not the case in my home purchase. My agent choose to hire my inspector, my title company, my warranty company,which turned out to be a nightmare to the many major issues of the home i purchased My agent was also the sellers agent, I felt like I was not legally represented properly and there were hidden things about the property that did not reach my attention until after the close of Escrow. I felt he did not do his homework even though he had been the seller's agent for about a few years. He was not my original agent. I was forwarded over to him due to he had known this area best. So I was told. I am now stuck with a property with many issues and very costly. Be very careful before you hire someone from here. Make sure you get your own inspector. Your own title company.
