  Valley Strong staff are very friendly and helpful… they have never made us feel like we were a bother & have also given all the time we need to take care of any problems we may have. So different from the other banks in Tehachapi.. they are like a breath of fresh air!

  did not have a good experience working with Kyle for our solar loan. seemed intentionally difficult. got a different loan, shopped around and got something that worked better and got approved in 10 minutes. wouldn't recommend for solar loan underwriting.

  Been putting off opening an account at a local bank for a long time. Decided to go to Valley Strong today. So glad I chose this bank. I was greeted immediately by the teller. She explained in detail about a checking account, waited a few minutes for the new accounts rep. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I was out of there in no time. I look forward to my relationship with Valley Strong.

  It was great, I had much business to cover, short wait, got everything accomplished plus more, love some of the updated account policies, worked with several different Ladies. My 1st time in new building, very nice, plenty of space, nice Christmas tree!

  Ok. So this business is as perfect as it gets. Every time I walk in I always end up leaving with a great smile and super satisfied. Talk about going the extra mile and over the top.satisfaction guaranteed and all questions or problems will be tooken care of on the spot. Everything that used to be impossible has been changed to possible thanks to valley strong credit union. Peace and love to all that have heart.
