  Great team of loan officers and processors. The transaction went as fast and smooth as possible during the holiday season (which included some offices closing for the holidays). Despite the holiday schedule, we managed to close the loan before the first of the new year which I appreciated.

  Dont do it unless you have disposable income. Rude theives is the best way to describe nations lending. Many other lenders that actually care The loan persons from your firm were matt fleeman and adelaide penzone. I can and should post the docs you swnt me so the world can see how rediculos this was. Im sure your google rating is full of your own staff to boost your numbers. Just like your attempted loan this is also rediculos.

I believe your review is misplaced as our local branch in Tehachapi, CA has served their clients with the utmost in professionalism as seen by these very valid (and local) reviews. The associate you mention is in Ohio and is not associated with our local group (whose site/page you reviewed, but was not accurately placed). I have escalated your concern to those who manage the individual mentioned so a review can be done. Unfortunately, without your full name and transparency, it may not be possible to locate your file/situation to address. Again, while the circumstances appear unfortunate, this situation is not indicative of the excellent service given repeatedly by our local Tehachapi, California team.   I was terrified to try to do a re-finance, but was suggested to try Dignified by a friend. Then I found out that Jeff LaMonte worked there and have know him for so many years.
