  Anne Busse-Gandt helped us find a home at the Fly In recently which was no easy task. We were from out of town and Anne took care of all the details from the transaction itself to finding people to do some work on the house and to maintain until we moved here. Anne's knowledge of all things Spruce Creek was helpful and gave us a better feel for the different areas of the Fly In. Moving to a new place is always stressful and Anne took a lot of the hassle out of the equation. Experienced and professional.

  I had a great experience with Ryan Lawrence. He represented me in buying a property in Ponce Inlet. Great service, especially since we had to do a lot of things remotely. When a little daylight appeared between what the seller promised and what was delivered, Ryan stood firm and went out of his way to make sure the seller fixed the issue. I actually got a better deal after the fix than I was expecting originally! Ryan's really nice and easy to deal with too.

  Country Club Properties is simply the best! Their agents patiently introduced my husband and me to the many residential options that are available within the Spruce Creek community and helped us (over the course of a few years, truly) to find just the right house in the location that was perfect for us, next to the golf course but very near the hub of the aviation activity. We were never pressured, and obviously, not hurried (!!) throughout the buying process, which helped us to feel confident about our decisions. In addition, in this past month, our Country Club Properties team located our dream stand-alone hangar (also in the ideal location on the ramp next to the main runway), and because they notified us immediately and handled this transaction very efficiently and attentively, we were able to successfully close on this rare find!   Anne's extensive experience with homes in the Spruce Creek Fly-in, and in particular those homes with hangars associated with the taxiway/runway system, proved invaluable. It's fair to say that selling our home took longer than we, and probably she, had anticipated. If, at times the process became a bit arduous, she was invariably supportive and upbeat. Patience and steadfastness paid off, and we concluded the transaction successfully, credit to Anne and her associates in large part.

  I recently utilized the services of Spruce Creek Realty and more specifically Anne Busse-Gandt who is the owner of this business. As a trustee for an estate, I was responsible for managing the sale of a hanger home within Spruce Creek. I chose Anne and her firm to act for me on behalf of the estate because of her in depth knowledge of the local market and familiarity with estate sales. She was very pro-active with all aspects of the sale and kept me up to date with all relevant details. She is a very personable individual who went out of her way to help in every possible way. I cannot say enough about how Anne facilitated the sale of the home. She personally helped stage the home for sale. She hired and coordinated a cleaning crew for the house and a local contractor to assist with trash removal.
