  I went in to this branch to open a checking account since my hometown credit union is too far and I needed a place to deposit my cash. As someone who has social anxiety, I was anxious going in. However, everyone was super nice and helpful! Was in and out in less than 15 min with a new account and a welcoming new credit union.

  Everything is Broke! The mobile app is down. Online Banking is down. They wont answer the phone.. Really? This is customer service? Time to go someplace else.

  Even though I was greeted at the door by a very nice lady I was informed but I could not enter the premises without wearing a mask and therefore could not speak with a human being about opening a bank account with them. I find it sad that a credit union which I had once believed were much more people oriented then regular banks would go to these lengths in a state where even the Governor has opened the state back to the freedoms granted to We the People by our founding fathers and our Constitution. If an institution such as this would choose to follow the CDC guidelines which we have been shown is not working in the best interest of the citizens of the US but is instead working for its own self-interest and with the pharmaceutical companies and who own many of the patents for the vaccines and are supported by the Gates Foundation, require their customers to preform in such a way as to endanger their customers health and Liberties then I must question their ethics and choose not to trust them with my money. I give this three stars only because it seems that the people who work there are very nice. However the owners of this institution have much to learn. I'm sorry that I cannot do business with them. The one good thing about this virus is that it has shown the people and the companies but you can and cannot trust to have your back.

  This is the worst credit union or financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. I opened a checking account with my husband before I started a new job last month and the direct deposit forms Space Coast Credit Union provided us had the WRONG CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER on them! My last biweekly paycheck dated 12/24/19 was deposited into someone else’s account before it got bounced back to ADP and now it’s been week without my paycheck and ADP says they still have not received the return. This is a screwup beyond belief by people we are supposed to be able to trust with our money. Not to mention the lack of member service the day we opened the checking account. They put us in a tiny room with a phone where we sat on hold for 20 minutes before opening a checking account with someone in a different branch or call center. We opened our account at the Daytona Beach - Bill France location. If you are looking into credit unions in the Volusia County area, go with VyStar and stay far away from Space Coast. What a nightmare during this holiday season this has been for me and my family. The mobile app is underdeveloped as well.

  Always quick and friendly, I don't understand what services they could do for non members.... They are a credit union. There were 2 branches about a mile apart in Port Orange, they closed the one across from Publix by 95, the new branch they built in front of BJ's is open.

  Great services and great employees! Only complaints are the atm no longer takes any deposits and inside closes at 4pm. Those of us that work til 5pm or longer has no option for inside help.

  Since Saturday banking is not available anymore in New Smyrna Beach I'm forced to endure the traffic cluster *&@# and waiting in line, sometimes for 20-30 minutes, at this branch.

  They refuse to serve non members inside. Not even ATM now. Credit unions are supposed to be shared branches that serve members from different credit unions. I have 4 small children, i won't be back

  Port Orange Branch Permanently Closed No ATM service either **UPDATE - NEW PORT ORANGE BRANCH OPEN NOW! But you still can't deposit money via the ATM

  More than 40 minutes in the drive thru and the teller machine in the front does not give the option to do a deposit..
