Dianne Sawyer1It seems EVERY time I go into this branch of Bank of America there’s a wait. Have been to the other local branches in Port Orange & it’s pretty much the same. My mortgage bill comes too late to be mailed in & paid by due date so I pretty much am locked into going into the lobby. There usually is One teller and, if you’re lucky, two. I see fellow employees sitting at their desks without customers & wonder why no one ever steps in to help. Now, maybe they’re not ‘qualified’ to do so, Really thinking of looking into other banks. Terrible Customer Service!!

Alexis Armand1Loyalty means nothing to this bank. Not only charging a hidden fee here and there. I see you. I went to cash a check and because my account didn’t reflect the balance of the check they they are not at liberty to cash only deposit in my account. Well I want this money now “Karen”.No that really was her name lol. WHAT! I’m in the Twlight Zone. She tried to kill me with kindness by passing me off to her manager. By yelling my reason in which I was here, for the whole bank to hear. I thought banks were all about discretion. So on that note. Here I am dealing with a different personality coming from a “Manager”. In my opinion. On we go to get this done as fast as possible. Neglected to give me my card back after the account was closed. She just kept repeating,”it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work!” Ok I heard you thank you 🙏🏼 Have a great day. R.I.P. 2006-2021. Holy moly. Wow.

Kenneth Long1This is the worst bank of all time. They can't even notorize your signature without you having to make an appointment on their schedule. Their customer service stinks and they could care less. Always a line to cash a check because they only usually have one teller. Got several investment guys standing Round doing nothing. I would suggest you open your bank account at anywhere else but Bank of America.

riley carlson1I hate going into BOA in this area because I have always received terrible & especially slow service. I now use the app for everything including deposits, bills, transfers, etc. It's great! Today I had an issue getting a cashier's check to deposit through the app. I even tried calling but the automated system wasn't even trying today. It just said " Sorry we cant help. Call another time." So of course I had to go in. As usual, I waited forever! Also they refuse to work after 4pm so you'd think they'd be happier/friendlier.

L.A Diekmann1Very disappointed, I walked in and spent 15 minutes in line. There were two tellers, two people in front of me, one woman was doing a big deposit. a Man left. Another woman went up and asked for about $300 and change. When I walked out there was three people behind me. No other Tellers came up to help

mads p5Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but the receptionist that helped me was extremely thorough and professional! Of course during popular hours it can get pretty jammed up, however, I have always had a good experience at this branch
