  My husband and I worked with Cosmo and has been extremely helpful in assisting us to buy our first home. He walked us through what would be needed for a down payment and closing costs plus how to get our credit up to where it needs to be in order to qualify for a loan. We highly recommend using this company if you aren't sure how to go about getting the loan. There was no hard to understand language, everything was broken down into easy to understand information.

  I've only been working with Cosmo for a short time and I already feel I can trust him. This will be my first time buying a home and trust is needed! He pays attention to the small details(he even remembered me talking about my dogs training class and asked me how it went) he is honest and very easy to talk to.

  I’ve never been so excited about a denial! LOL All jokes aside my husband and I are on a homeownership journey and we’re feeling very confident after speaking with Cosmo. We have spoke to many credit people trying to help and guide us, they either went ghost or left us more confused. Cosmo walked us through and gave us a timeline to fix things and come back to review.
