  Highly Recommend! This was our first home purchase after going through bankruptcy 9 years ago. After talking to two other lending companies that were not meeting our expectations. We were contact by Amy Terrell at US Lending Corporations, I sent over all our paperwork and was approved the same day. Amy was a blessing to work with, she was very responsive to all our questions and concerns with a VA loan. She worked to get us a great rate and closing cost, she kept our monthly payment within the budget amount we wanted. It took less then 4 weeks from the time we put our offer in until we closed. We had an amazing experience with US Lending Company and Amy. I would highly recommend her to everyone!!!

  I worked with Rick at US Lending Corporation to refinance out of an FHA to a Conventional home loan. I did A LOT of shopping around and they were able to get me into the best loan. Working with them was seamless and the loan closed quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again if needed.

  Use this company at your own risk. Website says they are a direct lender, the application says different. After working with this company for almost two months, I was informed four days before closing that my loan would not be approved. The week before my loan officer assured me the loan would close. So now Ive paid for an appraisal and home inspection. I also lost my earnest money. The loan was denied because my wife has a part time job for less than two years. I didn't know that until the loan was denied. Evidently they will tell you anything to get you to apply. The pre-qual letter was garbage. If you go with them for your mortgage, good luck
