  I bought my house with Karl and he did an amazing job! It was very simple and he answered any questions that I had throughout the whole process. We used a portal to upload documents and everything was done through E-sign so it made things really easy. I would definitely suggest Karl to anyone and I would be happy to send them his way (even if he is a Yankees fan). Thanks Karl!

  The individual buying our home used Karl as his lender and the experience was awful. He had no idea what he was talking about and kept trying to smooth talk his way out of it saying it could happen to anyone but we have bought 3 homes and used the same lender and never had one issue. Don’t go with someone who only does a handful of loans a year. He lied to try and placate us and the whole situation was beyond frustrating. It took us an extra 30 days to close because he failed to find out information he should have found out right up front. We incurred expenses we otherwise wouldn’t have and also made things harder on the people selling the house we bought. Don’t waste your time with him.
