  Don't waste your time going anywhere else! I needed to buy my first house. The catch was I had paid cash for everything for almost everything for too long! I was so lucky I went through these guys!   Prompt response was given to my question. Received helpful information. Staff were great, but I believe the problem lies in the larger company processes. Clear, specific information provided when closing would help us have the needed information on where & how mortgage loan payments are to be made. Emails could be an easy method to communicate payment details with borrowers. It could be provided on your website when we log in to our account.
