  I absolutely love Cornerstone! They have great communication. I love the rep I work with concerning all of my accounts Brantley she is fabulous. I have moved 4 car loans over to them and moving my teen accounts to them as well. Highly recommend!

  Recently got a new vehicle. Shortly after my purchase I had a rep get in touch with me. They helped me refinance my motorcycle, open a bank account, and try to get me approved for a credit card. Brantley has been a huge help. She's been there every time I needed help. She guided me thru each process and made it a delightful experience. I would recommend anyone and everyone to do business with Brantley. She is definitely my go to person in the industry from now on. Thank you once again Brantley!!

  Brantley Goss is an amazing loan representative. Found me hidden money in rate cuts up to 50% of what I had. She took it upon her self to lead me to consolidate most of my debt with Cornerstone with Very competitive rates. I'm a new Customer at Cornerstone and like to thank Brantley for such an awesome job, the Best AAA+++

  We recently went through our local car dealership to finance a vehicle and Cornerstone gave us the best rate. After closing that loan, they reached out to us about refinancing another vehicle that we have dropping the interest rate and saving us more money every month. Bailee has been awesome to work with and I am telling everyone I know about Cornerstone.

  Cornerstone took the time to look into some refinancing options for a debt I owed and came up with some really good ideas.   My car loan was sold to this “credit union” and they’ve made paying off $7K the most difficult process ever. They give me a payoff loan amount that’s suppose to include interest yet only allow you to transfer up to $2500 increments every 3 business days. I’ve been trying to pay off the loan in full for over 10 days now and STILL owe them .97 even though I’ve got $25 in my “savings” account they forced me to open to pay my bill automatically online. This place is a scam. I want my car title and to never have to deal with them again. I had capital one auto loan last time and they let me pay off the loan in one business day from my regular bank routing. If your loan gets sold to them just pay it off ASAP.

  In looking further at the account we see that the transfers were prompted through our Internet Banking which does have limit restrictions to deter fraud on accounts. I wanted to let you know that the loan has been corrected and the title is being sent as we speak. Please call us with any questions or concerns and we apologize for the confusion.

  I have been with CFCU for several years now and they just keep getting better and better. Not only do they have the best rates in town but their staff is AMAZING! Especially, Letecia Wilkerson the branch manager at 1701 21st Ave. S. I recently found myself needing to make some changes in my financial situation. I had Ms. Wilkerson's contact info from my last car loan with them and I reached out. In 1 weeks time and a lot of hand holding. I am going to save money monthly, not to mention thousands overall. Ms. Wilkerson was quick to respond and if she didn't have the answer, she would get the answer, quickly. I truly can not say enough GREAT things about her. I have said it from my first auto loan years ago and will continue. Go with CFCU! You won't be disappointed!

  I have tried, multiple times, over several months to set up my bank to pay my auto loan to avoid their absurd fee for paying your bill. I have spoken to several attendants over the phone who were unable to help me. Today, again, im just trying to pay my bill and can't do it through their website because it won't verify my bank account by sending the payments. Even after I've quadruple checked my account number and im confident it is all accurate. That only leaves me with the option to Pay over the phone- and incur another 'service fee' for making a loan payment. I will pay a wild amount of service fees by the time the loan is paid off because their software doesn't work properly. So frustrating. Avoid if you can.

  I'm sorry to hear of your experience with our payment systems. I've investigated your issue and see that you contacted us in early November. Your account is linked with your Financial Institution but we show the micro deposits that are used to set up an account were not being accepted by them. Our representative asked for you to reach out to your FI for clarification on the process but we never heard back after this November date. We would certainly like to take care of this situation and make sure your experience improves. We could set up an automatic payment for you by ACH and I would encourage you to call us at 615-385-6866 to get this set up. We will do our very best to make sure your experience improves.

  Very pleased with the customer service I received regarding an auto loan. Taylor was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. Also you can't beat the interest rates they offer. I would highly recommend them.
