Hebe Song1I gave one star to the service over the phone. I called the office twice and had very negative experience. The person who answered was impatient and hung up on me.

Billy Hadley1Possibly the worst banking experience ever. We have been waiting for an hour just to get a cashiers check approved. Every time we have any business here it’s a fiasco. We do business for two other banks. Will be ending a relationship with this one.

Cynthia Nuusila2I'm not very happy that they started charging for my account. The whole reason I opened an account with them was because Vanderbilt banked for free. Definitely considering going back to my old bank. Also with all the business they get from Vanderbilt you would think they would open earlier to accommodate the people coming off of night shift. The employees are nice. But it doesn't make up for the other frustrations.

Jonathan Bowman (J-Bowman Media)2Besides Regions, this may be the worst bank. The people at the branch are very nice and usually helpful, but the Online Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I do not like talking negative about anyone, but trying to save some people some time and money.

Leslie Duffey1I've been trying for weeks after my son left Belmont to get this account straight. My son called for a week solid, with no response whatsoever from the branch manager, Jeremy. He then called Scott. Nothing got done. I've called Scott, repeatedly with assurance everything was taken care of. Nope. I'll be calling myself for the third time today. This is the most ridiculous customer service I've ever seen.

Judith Gentry2Very good. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. If you have been critical, just remember, "If you're nice to the gentlemen Fancy, they'll be nice to you!" Suspect you have not been N I C E.

Nancy Bresson1Closed early today at 3PM for updating? Very inconvenient. This is a holiday week and they were already closed on Monday. Obviously customers don't matter at this branch. Updating should be completed after hours.

Jessie1NOT FDIC Insured No protection for your deposits. Very dangerous. Look at what happened during the great depression when banks were not insured.
