  On 12/20/21 I made a mobile deposit. On 1/26/22 come to find out I was scammed and it took over a month for it to come back. When I asked why didn’t they hold the funds and make sure the check was good, she advised me they were too short-handed to do that. If my bank cant do its job and make sure funds are good before they are released then who can and why do I need a bank? Now the bank is blaming me and I have to pay back the funds and if they dont see that I am trying then it goes to collections…. How is this my fault again????? Go bank anywhere else. Anywhere else.

  April Bobb in the loan department at TriStar was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get into a house. She was friendly and always kept me in the loop. I don’t think I could have gotten it done with anyone else! If you need a home loan make sure you talk to April!

  Just switched over to TriStar a few months ago. Britney, Katie, Ryan, and Caleb have all been soooo helpful. They’re all so nice when I have questions and make my transactions so easy. Definitely recommend this bank to others. Thank you TriStar 👏🏻

  This branch was extremely rude to me. Horrible customer service. No urgency. Inconsistent. This branch can never seem to keep their ATM working. Not to mention I was treated like a child and lied to. It seems 3 years of banking with this company doesn’t even matter.

  The people are friendly, but not very knowledgable in the commercial business side. Their commercial business services leave a lot to desired. Very poor knowledge of their credit card services are lacking to say the least.
