  I opened four checking accounts for my children and we did it in under 30 mins. The staff was very pleasant and I didn't feel rushed!!!! I appreciate the patience and knowledge ❤️

  Just want to say the employees at GuardianCU and especially the ones at the Menomonee Falls branch go above and beyond to help their customers. They are friendly, respectful and caring. They do not stop until they find a resolution for any problem you have and I would recommend them to anyone needing a bank or credit union. Thanks again Guardian!

  Ms. Beattie, was so awesome and patient with me. She helped me do the most difficult thing ever in my life. It was a lot of work but she held my hand the whole way! I am so grateful for her and the experience. I will miss her and her generosity.

  Just went through GCU for a vehicle loan. As a member, the process was quick & easy. Processed in an afternoon! Our loan officer, Shakhone, was friendly & courteous and the ladies at the Menomonee Falls branch are always personable & positive! Highly recommend GCU!

  I always have an awesome experince with the Menomonee Falls branch. Every employee is always smiling and friendly. They are like family. They can handle any problem or issue that arises. I had janie help me today. She could not have done a better job. I would give everyone a 5 star rating.

  My experience at Guardian Credit Union was very pleasurable. Shannon was very helpful and insightful when it came time for me to open a checking account. She also has a great personality which made my banking experience stressful free.

  The Menomonee Falls employees were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My problem wasn't able to be resolved online or by calling the main phone number. I couldn't even get through to someone! My husband and I went into the Menomonee Falls branch for assistance and the staff efficiently resolved the problems we were having with our online account.

  We have banked with GCU for 30 years - always easy to work with and accommodating. Great customer service and will always help to figure out a solution. Give them a try - you'll be happy! (We have used GCU for several mortgages, a car loan, a small business loan, and HELOCs over the years - always a great help and "can do" attitudes). Also, call Shannon at MF - super helpful and intuitive.
