  CORE MORTGAGE SERVICES is the place to go! We worked with them for the purchase and refinance of our home. Johnny, Erik, Stacy, and Justin are just super great people that go above and beyond to take care of their clients. They are always willing to answer your questions and keep you updated on the process. We initially went to one bank and they said "NO." We contacted Johnny and his team and they had an approval within 24 hours. Just incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase and refinance.   CORE Mortgage Services was recommended to me by my realtor - as I was an out of state home buyer and wasn't familiar with mortgage services in the area. I was initially placed in the hands of Justin who, from the beginning made me feel confident and relaxed about the whole process of calculating my financial strengths and capabilities.   I am so fortunate that I got connected with Core Mortgage this past year. I just finished closing for the second time in less than one year with Core Mortgage. The first was with the purchase of our house, and the second was refinancing. Even though they got me great rates initially, Justin Strayer recently contacted me to inform me that rates had significantly dropped, and inquired if I may be interested in refinancing. Johny, Justin and the Core Mortgage team just saved me thousands of dollars over the life of an already low interest loan, and at minimal expense. This team made both events easy, flawless, and at the best rates possible. If we buy again down the road, I would not waste my time looking anywhere else.   WOULD RECOMMEND CORE MORTGAGE SERVICES TO ANYONE OVER BIG BANKS ANYTIME!! We just bought our first home less than a week ago through CORE MORTGAGE SERVICES. They were AWESOME from start to end. We had been shopping for a mortgage for more than an year and contacted couple lenders National and local banks well before finally discovering Core Mortgage Services (not sure how my wife first came to know about them). When they first gave us a mortgage estimate quote, the numbers were just unbelievable when compared with other lenders’ and was actually very skeptical at first. We did a search for pertinent information about the company and discovered that the business legit. With that out of question, we were all in but still couldn’t believe how a small business like them could be so competitive!! Bridget was our first contact at Core Mortgage who started our application but didn’t get the chance to meet since she had left by the time we closed for personal reasons. She was fantastic with everything. Johnny Mateo took over our application and he is phenomenal to say the least. Everything was done online through a web portal and he kept us in the loop about the whole process constantly. We were constructing a new house through a builder and they had promised that our house would be finished in December. But since the weather have been good in central Pa, they didn’t have the usual delays that they had accounted for. This led to them finishing more than a month early which came as a big surprise especially since they informed us by giving us ~ 3 weeks deadline to close! Unfortunately we were not mortgage ready since we were waiting assuming the closing was going to be in December. The news although good pushed us into panic mode. We relayed the news to Johnny at Core Mortgage who was so understanding and did a very good job making sure everything went through without major hiccups and within 3 short weeks we closed with the lowest mortgage cost fees we had seen from all lenders we had contacted and the lowest interest & APR. These all thanks to Johnny Mateo and his team at Core Mortgage Service’s and we are most grateful that we discovered them and decided to do business with them :- best decision we have ever made! We were satisfied with their services and how they handled and treated us and would choose them again and again over the big ones! GOOD PEOPLE & GOOD BUSINESS! We will be recommending your business to family and friends since you proved to be more than just a business and you care for your clients!!
