  My wife and called to see if they were accepting new clients. We both knew we would not make the tax deadline this year. The woman who answered the phone I assume was the secretary was completely rude. "Are you serious, the day before the tax deadline.... are you kidding me? If you call any accountant today they are going to shocked you are calling them," she said. I told her it wasn't necessary to be rude. Well, I called another company THE BEAN COUNTERS Bookkeeping and talked to Kay. She was very nice and professional and she even offered and filed an extension for us over the phone. So Debra, at Cooper CPA needs to be corrected. All accountants will not be rude the day before the deadline. Just her office.

  They were extremely rude and disrespectful! They need to be a company that don't deal with people. Or hire better staff! Now the owner comes on my review and try to discredit my review by saying I was soliciting something👀 WOW!! Again that show the character of the company your dealing with! It's ok though we took our multi-million dollar corporation to KRT cpa and they treated us with much respect and appreciation! Everyone in the office was extremely nice. We actually met with 4 other companies in the area who were all good companies but we choose them, because we felt they can handle a client as big as we are. Btw after your response, I went a read other reviews about your company and we aren't the only one saying the same thing. Guess we all are lying🤔
