      Seriously. What is wrong with the branch? I never have a problem with the one on Derenne. Went in today to get change for our business. I got here just before 9:30. There were 5 tellers working. Three were at the window and two were literally just stating off into space. When the guy in front of me was finally finished being helped I made eye contact with the teller (who conveniently doesn't have a name tag on) and she shook her head no. She kept staring at ME for at least 90 seconds doing LITERALLY NOTHING and then motioned for me. As soon as I set down my change order she goes "oh wait, I need my change drawer." She then moved at the SLOWEST PACE EVER to get her drawer. Why the heck did she not have it already? She then takes at least 5 minutes to return and then takes another decade to look us up and make the change. It's 10:04 and I'm still not done. What is going on here? I am so sympathetic to being short staffed, but you literally have employees that are literally just watching paint dry and then when they finally help you they move at a snail's pace. It's seriously only this branch. I've never had an issue at any other one.

      Waited over 25 minutes in drive thru line. One person working. Truist ATM does not accept deposits or would have gone thru there. Have to.do better Truist if want to keep customers.

      Truist had a massive data breach, myself and several people I know had their accounts accessed and charges made. The merger happening at the same time, they sent new debit cards but then I wasn't able to activate my card, nor get any help on the phone. The lines at their locations were worse than the DMV in the 1980's. It took weeks to be able to sign into online banking or access my accounts. News articles show other customers that are missing thousands of dollars with little to no satisfactory response until they contact the news. Truly terrible

      We opened at Chatham and had a great experience with Mr. Bernstein and the other manager (a nice womanher name I don't remember) . I had a situation yesterday where Suntrust sent me a debit card thatapparantlyl does not work. I was trapped at the vet with our baby and no way to pay and the teller was so absolutely rude and arrogant on the phone . He assured me my money would be able to be picked up today. So I plan to close the account. Hopefully the way for them to change their attitudes is everyone go elsewhere. I am appalled at their behavior.

      Have been sitting in a line at the drive in for 15 minutes before the cars finally moved. The wait is ridiculous. If you have a mask and have proof of COVID-19 vaccination you need to open the lobby. Ridiculous the wait!!!

      Horrible customer service. Dont go here... they are rude and you will get more help from the 800 number than staff. George one of the bankers refused to assist me. Waited 20 minutes to be seen and pushed me out the door refusing to investigate an issue with my missing bank card. I called the 800 number and got my answers. If you don't like working with people then don't work in customer service positions. Peopling is part of the job! Horrible!

      The quality of the business has improved and you can get answers fast and reasonable. George has been a great help in changes that answering any questions and calling back if he can’t answer immediately.

      Awful experience. After having banked with this bank since 1973, about three name changes ago, needed to get a letter notarized that I was me. Employee stated that he could not do that. Have never had that BS from any bank before of since. Am in the process of closing that account now.

      Do not come here if you are in a hurry. They have the slowest teller line in Savannah! Minimum 20 min every time.
