  This dealer sells Mazda, Volvo, and Nissan. They service department is clean, friendly, efficient and has coffee. Price is a little steep and cost $125 to change the synthetic oil in my 2006 Volvo but they did a free car wash and quick inspection while being very responsive to questions. Update 2020 They are only used to the new model Volvos. They couldn't even figure out which back wiper model i needed and if the arm was broken when I started by telling them the model of wiper i needed. If you have an older vehical just go to Independent auto and talk to Tarn Coffee so u don't waste time ordering useless parts and having to try 3 different wipers because they are so sure it's the right one this time.

  They're good people. I am Chevy man. through and through. This experience at Continental Subaru is the first time I have ever bought a new car: the "dad-baru." I want to say they were good to me. I was impressed with a car and Nick made it happen. Alex follow-up and gave me an orientation on how to use the features of the dad-baru. I love the car. I was happy with the service. I am happy to be enjoying my subaru.

  Very welcoming atmosphere, and there's a House of Bread espresso shop inside while you wait.

  It's hard to rate car dealerships. I think everyone has had bad experiences. This is probably the best you are going to get in Anchorage. They have helped keep both our cars alive over the years and when I'm ready for a new one I will go here first.

  Always super helpful and go that extra mile for you! A couple years ago I was having some car trouble. I had a 2003 Honda Civic that had been passed down through multiple people in my family that did not take care for the car. When I finally got the car there was over 500,000 miles on it, it was beat up, and had many little problems (like windows and locks not working). I brought my car in to Continetal and they then went through the LONG process of getting everything fixed for me. Unfortunately, there was a much needed replacement to the t-belt I could not get due to trying to save up and get a new car. The plan was to fix up all the problems of this car and to buy a new one....yeah, that didn't exactly go as planned. A couple weeks passed and, as predicted by Continetal, the t-belt broke while on my morning commute to work. As it flung off it hit my engine, creating a huge hole in the side of it. Unfortunately at that point all the bandaids weren't enough to save that car. I then had to go through the process of buying a new car. The staff on the sales side are just as amazing! I explained my situation and I was helped tremendously! I ended up test driving the 2016 HR-V and fell in love instantly! I bought the car that night! Now, I only visit for the occasional tire and oil change. And every time I am greeted by the friendly staff, some that recognize me from the horrible Civic experience :D. Overall, this is the best place to go to if you have a car falling under their Continetal group. I always get great service and awesome prices!

  Again, have had great service & excellent care from continental Nissan. Had to fix an issue that Edmunds auto did a few years prior, though when the dealer did it - it was half the cost & no clicking issues.

  The service department is horrible, I have called countless times and left several voicemails for a simple question and can never reach a human. I had to drive into anchorage from Wasilla for a simple question. The only redeeming quality of continental nissan is the awesome guy at the parts department, he deserves five stars.

  Great service. Prices reasonable for a dealership. Have helped me get 250k miles on my Honda pilot. Bereanna is a teasure and super helpful.

  Best experience I had buying a car. Mark is very respectful, informative, and let us be in control of what we wanted. It was like working with a friend and not a salesperson.

  I was very satisfied with the service department. It was efficient and they got my car done faster than expected.
