  This place really needs some work. I spent 2 years depositing my monthly rent check to my landlord with the account number written on the check and they would still put it in other peoples account or sometimes put it in their savings to where my landlord had to call and ask if I paid it. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional on their part. Maybe they just have nobody wanting to work so they took anyone that applied. Also very slow, so plan to spend 10 minutes there just to get a check deposited.

  Went in to ask some questions about a car loan and was met by a rude teller. We just wanted to ask some prelim questions but they just kept telling us to apply for a loan. We said we wanted to ask some questions before we got to that point and then they said they were too busy to answer and again I need to fill out an application . Very rude and will not be banking with them in the future . Went to Denali FCU and they were amazing all our questions and we decided to go through them .

  Online services are not user friendly. Also, they recently shut down their app, and after that it’s impossible to access the account. Tried to contact members services for support. After many different menu selections and a long wait I was informed that the office is closed. Had to wait one extra day in order to receive help with taking care of the business. Sorry to write this but the services are very bad in comparison with your competitors. Therefore only 1 star.

  Offered the best rates for an auto loan. And Chante in the Financing department was easy and expedient to work with even when all documentation had to be redone last minute.

  True North FCU is a little inconvenient to get to, but the service more than makes up for it. They say hello to you by your name when you walk in. There is almost never a long line. Their credit cards have a low interest rate as do their auto loans. Small town banking experience to meet the needs of Alaskans.

  We switched our auto loans to True North and we have had wonderful experiences with Jordan in the loan department at the Anchorage branch. She is helpful and happy, and was always quick to respond to my emails as we gathered the necessary documents. I was having some issues setting up auto payments via mobile app, and I also had great experiences with the customer service staff here in Anchorage branch. My issue was quickly and kindly resolved.

  They had poor customer service , was rude when I was asking questions.. Why would I want a bank with somebody that's rude? I can't believe I've never been treated like that ever for being so nice

  I just wanted to say the teller went above and beyond to help me get a payment accomplished. He was kind and informative and went the extra mile! You have a gem here! Govanni is a keeper!

  The customer service is exceptional. I have been a customer for many years and it's always the same amazing customer service.. They go above and beyond to assist their members.

  Unbelievably rude all the time! Worse than the DMV, I would never recommend this "financial institution". If I could give 0 stars I would. Management is nice and courteous
