      I've had the best banking experience with CCU over the past few years. When my account was targeted with fraudulent checks last year, I was promptly refunded and their team helped me quickly update my account information. Their customer service is excellent and their office is modern. I have never felt uncomfortable here!

      If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They do not do "shared branching". If you wanted to be exclusive because your in Killdeer, change your name because you're clearly not a "Consumers" credit Union your Exclusive Credit Union. Your own associates have no idea if a patron uses the ATM as pointed out when it updates at shared credit unions. Might as well just use a regular ATM or go to your Credit Union you belong to.

We determined that the new technology offered at Kildeer, including the live video ATMs and tech bar, provide increased financial education resources and self-serve options for our Members.       I recently opened an account with Stephanie Castro and she was very helpful, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. She helped me previously at another institution and she was a great help too. That’s why I decided to reach out to her again. She moved locations but I was still able to get in touch and she helped me trough the phone/email. After opening an account she helped me with my loan. I am pleased with the whole process!!

      This particular branch does not have shared services with other Credit Unions. And despite Andigo and Consumer joing together you still can't access your Andigo account here.

      Just went to this new location in Kildeer and worked with Sean. I had a lot of questions and he helped me with everything. Kildeer location has awesome technology and state of the art processes. Will definitely do more banking business here. Sean was awesome in customer service.

      Went in to take care of a account. Did not feel comfortable at all to be in a place that takes your money it can not give you anything to show your payment. And on top of it is going to ask for different bills to make my payment. When min before he said I’m good to go. It’s a joke in there do not use this place

      This post is specifically because ever since my credit union merged with CCU my wife and I each get Mail every week to take out life insurance through CCU. I don't want it. Stop sending it. I am thinking about closing my account specifically because I am sick of the mail.
