  Banking here is honestly great, although my last encounter with an employee was pretty odd. She had her Bluetooth headphones in the entire time she was "assisting" me and was far from attentive, or vocal. Her name was Alyssa Ortega. Abby was great though for what it's worth. Customer service goes a long way. Maybe Alyssa will be better next time and was having a bad day that day. Either way, terrible customer service from her.

  Friendliest financial establishment I have stepped foot in. Their customer service is the gold standard as far as I am concerned and their mobile application is miles ahead of their regional competitors. Shout out to Jessica and Alyssa for being knowledgeable about their services and helping me with questions regarding commercial loans.

  Consumers CU had a great personal touch and awesome customer service throughout my HELOC application process! Their 4% Serious Interest Checking account is very competitive, and their branches have some great technology (and allow the ability to connect with a live teller virtually, even after normal office hours). Special thanks to Jessica and Team for her help in getting my account set up!

  Ive been with this bank since 1997, i have used other banks in the past but, none have compared to the one on one service that consumers credit union has. A special thanks to A.V for the last ten years, you always take care of me. Top notch people!

  Love banking with Consumers CU! Modern banking at it's best. Locations may be small, but packed with everything you could need. Representatives are fast & friendly. Love the high-tech ATMs that replaced your typical teller stands.
