I absolutely hate this bank. Hate is such a harsh word but the are extremely slow and its no reason for it. They ignore their drive thru. I bank with 3 other banks and Huntington need work. The Huntington Bank in Meijer is not so bad. However they are closing the locations where you get the best service. I give no stars for bad customer service. You sit in the drive thru and nobody even say hello ill be right with you. People who are able to get out but come after you get service first. 20 unnecessary minutes waiting. I gave no stars but it would let me post it. 10/09/21 and service is no better and I believe the have gotten slower. It doesn't matter if you go inside or go to the drive thru. This place is horrible. 04/14/22 This branch is terrible. My mom has a broke leg. So we went to the drive thru and they never even said hi nothing. The parking lot had 1 car in it when we got there. I pushed the call button and got told we need to take care of the lobby. Employee's at this branch are rude. The wealthy branch and the branch downtown are alot better.

This is Huntington’s worst branch maybe. Definitely tied for worst at the very least.

This branch is slooooooooooooooooooooooow beyond slow when it comes to the drive thru. They also can’t make their mind if they want to open or close the lobby. Friday’s are payday day for many people, so they should plan smarter when it comes to staffing and being efficient.

The rep, by the name of Vy, was rude. She was unhelpful as it related to aiding me in getting my payoff statement. Additionally, she was disrespectful as she huffed, puffed and rolled her eyes at me as if helping me was such a big inconvenience. Even went so far as to complain about me talking in the meanwhile. Such a sour experience I’m actually planning to close out this account so I never have to deal with this bank again.

Very friendly staff. A staff and customer helped jump my vehicle when it the battery died while in the drive thru a few months ago. So grateful for them.

This location is the slowest ever. I will be behind three cars at drive up and sit here for almost an hour I do not understand this. I don't have this problem at any of the other locations

Manager thought I was trying to scam the bank. So he froze my account without even talking to me, and then he went on vacation for two weeks. I had to go to the food bank for two weeks, despite having $6k in my checking account. My car ran out of gas and I had to walk an hour to work everyday until he got back and unfroze it. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY. They treat it like it's their own, and will only let you withdrawal when they see fit.

Started at front door with a great greeting and all were involved and happy to see me, and they didn’t know me... Good attitudes

They need to higher more staff... Waiting in their drive through is like watching paint dry.

My father's health was failing fast and he waited until the last minute to handle his affairs. His wife, of 35 years, informed Huntington of his death. They froze my father's accounts so my mother isn't able to pay for his funeral with the limit access she had into the account. I understand it was my father's fault to not include his wife on his accounts but Huntington made an already hard situation worst. I hope this helps someone.
