  This branch was so kind to me, I got to the front doors which were locked at 5:05 p.m. just needing to cash a $20 check in order to have gas to get home. Despite the fact that their entire system had already been shut down and they had to reboot everything for me, Jennifer, the customer service manager, did so without hesitation and with a smile. She literally saved my day. I've had accounts with other banks where I've walked up at 4:58 and the manager quickly came over to lock the doors before I could get in. This is a bank with a heart and I'm so grateful I switched to Macatawa bank.

  Jen is the heart and soul of this branch. She is ALWAYS going the extra mile for her customers. For me personally, she has hand delivered receipts to my store when we didn't have time to stay and wait for them, she has bought me treats, she is ALWAYS smiling, she even hand decorates the cash envelopes with a personal touch. She is a phenomenal human being and she truly, genuinely cares about the people who come through that door.

  I am here cashing a check and the manager treated me like a thief. They are rude and unhappy in this location.

  We love Macatawa Bank, they always make us feel extra special when we are there. We have been banking with them for years and do not intend on leaving.

  This bank didn't even know how to fix their receipt machine for a cash advance, kept printing blanks. Waited for over 1 hour in the lobby.
