  Finally went to Consumers first time since March. The place looks completely different after the renovation. The Tellers have been replaced with virtual Tellers who are equally if not more efficient. The Place has a more modern look than what it used to look before. All the measures are being taken for social distancing etc. Brianna was very helpful in getting our accounts open. Great Customer service provided by her. So Glad that this branch is open now

  Consumers credit union is the best,!They really take time to explain everything simple enough so you understand.They are really helpful in all aspects. I was hooked up in no time.No fees,and it's a real bank you see your transactions and your in charge of your money no hassles I recommend them highly

  The gal was SO SWEET, helped me realize that I needed two accounts to make life much more manageable!! I would have never thought of it on my own. The gal through the automated teller was very sweet too :)

  Wow! I never go inside, but today I needed to so that I could replace a card. The staff at the credit union on Milham were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable, they were so kind and helpful, and they kept me smiling the whole time. It was a surprisingly great part of my day!

  Opened an account at an office on Milham, painless, polite and convenient. Everything explained and probably the simplest procedure I've had when dealing with an kind of financial institution. Off to a great start.

  I went into get a replacement debit card. The employee that helped me was very nice but she didn’t have some info or she just left out info about replacing debit cards. I was told the card info would be the same only if it was mailed out. I specifically mentioned i had lots of things on autopay-I wait-get the card-and it has a different exp and security code, so I still have to go change all my auto payments so yeh not very helpful. *as I stated. It had the same # but different exp and security code so might as well change the #’s too

  Hello Jennifer, thank you for the feedback. We're only able to print debit cards with new numbers in-office, otherwise if you wanted the same card number it would need to be mailed. Let us know if you'd like someone to reach out to explain further!

  Needed a new debit card due to fraud. Went to the Milham Road office and they were awesome. No problems and they processed a new card while I waited.

  I have friends and family that bank with Consumers credit union and I will say that everything they told me was true I don't think you can find a friendly staff. I opened a new account with them it was fast and easy. Thank you so much!
