  Everyone was so helpful at answering all my questions. Opening a new account was easy and I'm able to use my new debit card the same day without waiting for it to come in the mail. Taylor is amazing and so professional. Thanks for everything.

  Just closed on a construction loan with Kate. Although I had a complicated situation, she dug in and was able to sort through it all and get things done in an efficient and low stress manner. I would recommend CCU and Kate Skinner to anyone looking for a mortgage/ construction loan.

  As always, I was given the highest quality service. I wouldn't use any other financial institution. Consumers is like home to me Over the years, they have been there when I had financial needs, professionally, highly skilled and courteous. It is good to know that exemplary service is still a standard somewhere.

  I never have a credit union or bank that don't hold grudges. I had a disagreement with consumers and we parted ways. Consumers changed the policies for the better of the customer and welcomed me back 4 years later. This honestly it's a good credit union and secure way to keep your money growing.

  My experience at Consumer Credit Union is always helpful and pleasant. They have great customer service. They are always helpful in working with you on getting what you need financially. I could say a lot of great things about Consumers. I’ve been a member for a long time and have always been pleased with their banking services.

  Everyone at consumers credit Union has been outstanding in customer service I would recommend them to everyone. I would especially like to thank all the employees at the South Haven branch of consumers credit Union. Another opportunity to use consumers home mortgage services, and once again received the best service possible. Thanks to all at Consumers Credit Union.

  Write one check that causes overdraft and they will overdraft every little payment over the next few days charging a $10.00 overdraft fee every time without notifying you that the overdraft occurred. When asked about it, they noted that they probably shouldn't have done that so they would "reverse the charges". They reversed half of them. Won't be banking there anymore.
