  Let’s be honest who wants to go into a bank anymore? Nobody. BUT….This Honor Credit Union is always friendly and welcomes customers with a smile! I don’t know them all, yet, but Jackie and Christopher have always been extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you guys for making this hometown Bank feel like home! Respectfully, Mike V.

  Courtney and her team are the best! Courtney always takes the time and patience to answer all my questions and make sure I am signing up for and using the right accounts for all of my financial needs. She is very responsive and always treats my questions with respect. I have had vehicles, a boat and and two mortgages through Honor and I wouldn't bank anywhere else. Great Service and a great family vibe!

  We had some fraudulent charges on our account at the beginning of the month, my husband stopped into the South Haven branch and Jackie S. Was so helpful, she was able to get him a new debit card quickly and assist in taking care of the fraudulent charges. Jackie has continued to be so helpful with ongoing issues we are having with our account. It is so nice to come across someone so willing to help and follow up and care. Thank you Jackie!

  The loan officer I've been working with, Jackie Green, has been so amazing and helpful the entire time. Had some snags on my end but she helped through it to get me an amazing vehicle. Very happy!

  I had called in advance to set up an appointment with a loan officer. On the day of the appointment, there was a mixup and the loan officer was not there. Long story short, they went above and beyond to make sure that the appointment was kept and was able to get the loan officer to video chat with us and saving the day!

  I'm glad that they now have a convenient drive thru at the South Haven location AND drive thru ATM. I really did not enjoy having to go in to the building late at night when I needed to get cash before. I understood that they weren't open on Saturdays before because they didn't have a drive thru, but thought that would've changed when this location opened. It's extremely inconvenient to have to go to Coloma on a Saturday if I need to go to the bank. At least there are other Honor locations where I work and can usually make it during the week if need be. The staff is always friendly when I come through. My only complaint is that this location isn't open Saturdays.

  Have been an Honor member for over twenty years and found them helpful and friendly. The new office is bright and welcoming. However, when I see all the plastic at the hospitality center I cringe thinking about the prob with plastic K cups and water bottles in the oceans and rivers and how slow they are to decompose. I know there is already a big investment in the hospitality centers but hope management would reconsider and make our environmental health a priority in the future.

  Life fact!!: Banks are in the business of taking your money. As previously pointed out, Like most banks, they do tend to play money games... don’t let you access your money unless it’s on their very ‘clearly’ defined terms, but they do have a good reward system for people willing and able to jump through the hoops. What I find upsetting is when making a cash deposit, they insist I first tell them how much cash I sent through the tube, if I refuse to say they can’t seem to count the correct amount (it’s always counted under, until I correct what I sent, suddenly the missing 3 $100 bills appear).... very concerning. News flash to HCU: Would be nice if you could actually see your money being counted after you send it through the tube. Rather than down the I-hope-this-teller-doesn’t-decide-to-rip-me-off black hole of despair.
