They do help get you out of debt which obviously is a good thing but they are terrible at customer service, which is why they are at a 2. 5 stars for getting me out of debt but 0 stars for their response time to any of the questions I have. When I first started with them over 3 years ago I was able to talk to a credit counselor who was able to help me with my account. Now, the company has it set up where you can't get ahold of the credit counselor but get sent to a middle person phone service who leaves messages to the credit counselor to call you back because they can't help you with the account. On top of this I don't get a call back, even though I request it and I end up having to call 2 or 3 more times to finally get a call back. This is unacceptable, especially in my situation right now where I have all my credit card debts paid off. I called on 4/19 (a Monday) to relay the message that all my debts are paid off so they do not need to take out money from my bank account anymore. I requested I get a call back from a credit counselor to get the details and I still haven't received a phone yet and it is 4/23 (Friday).

My business was taken over the phone. Although I had a pressing appointment, there’s questions i need clarity on. You see, we rushed through the process.
