x oyabun1Dont use this cu! Someone used my info and one of there employees approved an auto loan without my signature or knowledge. Ive tried contacting the fraud department and its always someone will get back to u. Now i have attorney involved lets see if they will still try to scam me out of money

Vaca Valdez2Management is the best and the rest of the employees honestly are terrible. They need to be guided every step of the way however there's a wait time because employees don't all know how to do everything so they have them on the floor training , and the one guy that opened my account named Kevin was literally making paper dice as he was creating my account. Not speaking loud enough through the glass covid protector and honestly didn't even bother to set my online account up. Very unprofessional bank if you exclude management. However stellar bank if only management and no other employees are there. They could run that bank alone more efficiently then its running now

There are frequent issues with their CREDIT card being misread as a debit card. There are some traditional banking services that are not available

Kathy Snow1This CU has been going downhill for a while now. VERY Frustrating trying to get a person to answer the phone at the branch. They have all their calls being fielded through Illinois and for some reason the folks in Illinois cannot talk very loud and their headsets are down so low you can’t hear them. One of them even tried to suggest it was my phone, so I called my sister in Pennsylvania to see if it was my phone and of course it wasn’t. I paid my DMV With electronic banking on December 5th. Yesterday I got a late notice from the DMV saying they were not paid in December and now I have 75.00 extra late fee charge. My bank stmt clearly says it was paid. Wait hold with DMV US 142 minutes Can’t get UNCLE PHONE SERVICE IN ILLINOIS to send UNCLE in Livermore a message to call me. Very frustrating, plus I’m sick today so that makes it even worse. I am so done with this credit union, the minute I feel better I’m going to close EVERY account I have with them. I’ve banked here for 30 years so it’s sad for me to say goodbye, but the last few years have just been a challenge, due to customer service.

Turner Zischka1Had an unpleasent expirence today. I usually have the bank perform a money transfer from my pay card into my checking account. They said they couldn't do it despite doing it previously. They made me feel like I was being an unreasonable customer that they just wanted to go away.

Karen Saechao1Horrible phone in customer service! The girl answering phone calls needs some serious customer service training. Just plain rude. This is the second, possibly third unpleasant incident with this chick. When I called in, she answered by asking what I need help with. So I told her, and her response was “how am I supposed to know who you are?”. First off, per your question, I’m answering it so you know what I need help with. Secondly, I’m obviously going to give you my info so you can assist me. Thirdly, find a job elsewhere if you’re so miserable working this job. 4-5 years ago, customer service was quite stellar. Not sure what’s going on now, but there person being the first point of contact of a company should make members feel valued. And UNCLE’s point of contact is not delivering that whatsoever.
