  Every step of this process has been super easy thanks to Connor! We were first time home buyers and very green to the whole process. We asked Connor every question imaginable and he was always nice, reassuring, and responsive. He really helped us get the best deal possible on our dream home.   Connor was awesome to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and always made sure we understood what we were looking at. His team was great as well, but mostly importantly his dog was the sweetest thing ever! Not to mention we closed on our first home so quick. It felt like 3 weeks.

  I can’t say enough about Connor and his team (Krystal and Jasmine) at Resonate Mortgage. The professionalism and customer service is among the best I’ve worked with in any industry. They never missed a single phone call, were very responsive to my emails, and are always in a positive mood when you talk with them. My realtor, who’s been in the industry for over 30 years loved working with Connor. I personally worked for the largest financial institution in the US for years and their mortgage process couldn’t touch Resonate’s. Connor and his team made the home buying process an enjoyable experience without any worry. They are confident and know exactly what they are doing which earned my trust and business for life.

  I just closed on my home yesterday. Connor is the best. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He is extremely nice, professional, and fast. He answered ever question efficiently and which made the loan process bearable especially since I am a first time home buyer. Connor put all of my worries and concerns to ease. He is empathetic and extremely wonderful to work with. He came through for me from the beginning to the end. He has your best interest at hand at all times.
