  The worse financial company I have ever done business with. The customer service is horrible. I called to change my direct pay and they are asking me for proof that the account where I want to set my direct pay is mine. "For real" why would I take someone else's money they made me feel like a liar. I am in California working but live in Chicago.I honestly regret doing business with this company can wait to pay the loan off so I don't have to deal with them.

  I applied for a loan an supposably I got an email saying I got approved but when I got there they said I didn't make enough at work an that my credit was bad. They didn't even explain nothing they only said I can't proceed with your loan. But they where good in calling and calling and calling and sending emails for I could just go waste my time

  They really just want to see & look at your credit. Very "Nosey & Sneaky" questions. They do not tell you loan requirements nor discuss your loan qualifications upfront even though you've ask them to. They'll ask for collateral & won't tell you upfront that you may possibly need it.

  OneMain Financial is doing a wonderful job. When you apply for the loan, they do the processing within 24 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate introducing OneMain Financial to anyone applying for a loan. Thank you so much for your assistance.

  Businesses like this should be shut down cause all they do is really nothing bad management from top to bottom . They also have changed there name several times cause of BAD MANAGEMENT.......

  This place is very unprofessional and do not know how to handle situations in regards to titles. I have been chasing them since March the BMV has sent a request for the information since March and still nothing!!! Find another branch as this one has very poor customer service. Very rude ignorant people
