  Ryan was awesome to work during my recent refi. He was able to consolidate 2 loans that I had at a very competitive rate reducing my monthly spend significantly. I had talked with a few different companies before speaking with him but knew he was the guy for me after our first interaction.   Ryan was very easy to work with and did a great job making sure all the deadlines were met, especially when working with my very busy schedule and a quick close deadline. This is not an easy task, but Ryan was there the whole way through, doing his due diligence and follow up to make sure we could stay on schedule. He was very easy to talk to, was able to understand the complexities of the situation, and made him self available to me if anything needed further attention or discussion.   Connery Capital Mortgage was awesome to work with. We had a little bit of a tricky refinance since we were moving assets around. Therefore, more work needed to be done. They were available by email, phone and even text. It never took more than two hours for them to get back to me when I had a question. I have recommended to all my friends and family.

  Ryan was great to work with and made our re-finance a breeze! He kept a close eye on the market and was able to lock us in right before rates started rising again. He was also able to get our appraisal waived and our PMI removed saving us a ton of money! The turn around was crazy fast, and when it was time to close, he sent a notary to us to fit into our busy schedules.
