      decided to chance it based on past reviews and as of 11/30/20, I was able to get in and withdraw money from this atm with my card.

      Clean, easy access 24x7. Door works fine. This is a BoA AtM, not a Chase ATM, but there is a Chase next door. You don't swipe your card, you insert the chip side in the reader and the door unlocks.

      Used to work fine as an ATM, but has literally been out of order for months now. There are only a handful of Bank of America ATM's in this city, it is a huge deal if one is broken for months at a time. May change banks over this.

      The door seems to not work. It doesn't lock, as there's a homeless person sleeping with their dog right under the ATM. Unless said vagrant has a BOA card to gain access, it doesn't seem to be a secure location. However, I have used this ATM many times previously, and previously everything appeared to be in order.

      The door doesn't/never works, so don't bother. The two others within 10 miles doors don't work either. Now I can't deposit any money, thank you Bank of America for your wonderful ATM customer service.....

      This is still a BOA ATM despite another reviewer saying it's now a Chase ATM. The lock seemed to be disengaged so no trouble getting in.
