Christina Lungren2ATM was out of Service yesterday (6/10/22), went to hyvee to use my visa debt card. Cause I had multiple debts, my card got a hold on. Called fraud to tell them that it was me using my card but to be on hold for over hour to get no one. Went in to location to see if I can get problem fixed. Spent an a good hour and got ping pongs between 2 people. They refused to help. Went to anther location and got problems fixed, in and out of the other location in 30 minutes. I get it that Saturday

Julie Cook5I just opened an account at this Branch, and they were all so wonderful! everyone had a smile on their face and was ready to help! I worked specifically with Missy! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met! I was in a bit of a rush since I was on my lunch break, but she still answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was able to get me out on time! I highly recommend this bank, and this branch specifically!

Kat T5Appreciate that they're part of the credit union Co-op Shared Branches. My actual credit union is in the Bay Area, but because CommunityAmerica participates, I can do virtually anything with them that I can with my own. This allows me to still keep everything "local" even while being far away and help my temporary home at the same time.

Kim Leonard1Not efficient at all. I wanted to add my husband to my account. There were 2 tellers and 2 people sitting assisting others. Not only did we waited in the teller line - 10 min only to find out that we needed to speak to the other people. Since there are only two people working on a Friday at 2pm it seems unacceptable to not be able to simply add another person to an account at the teller. On top of it - one of the customers was simply waiting for her husband to “show up anytime” and having a good old time with the banker while waiting!!

Perry A1This bank is a joke. Open 3 accounts with them and was looking to open a business account. Went in for a small car loan asking for 10k and I’ll put 1k down and was denied. Went to another bank the same day because my credit wasn’t bad and got approved for 30k loan with 1k down. Please please please do not bank here.

Justin Herrman1This branch has had the worst atm for years. So slow and you wait for every and can’t even deposit cash 90% of the time. If your not going to fix the atm outside at least put a function one in between the lobby and front entrance.

Jan Hewitt5When I go inside they are always very happy to greet and help. i love depositing on my mobile app. My accountant, however, greatly dislikes their statements, and I agree.They are difficult to read when you are trying to enter into quick books.

Viet Doan1I tried calling 3 separate times to get information about opening a new commercial business account. The first two times they routed me to the wrong department and said that they would give me a call back. Then the third time when I called this morning. A lady named Debbie, answered the call and acknowledged that she saw my name in the system for a callback. So I asked her why does it take so long just to get a call back, and she replied in a stern voice yes it can take up to 3 days! I replied, you know what that’s rediculous. If I’m running a busienss and they can’t return my phone call for three days. I’ll never use them. Sad sad sad

Matt Conley3This is usually a great place for banking. Not sure why it was so difficult to withdraw money today. Teller was in to much of a hurry and cut me off while I was still trying to talk. In the end I left not getting what I needed.
