Skye Walker1Horrible customer service, opened my account 3 days ago, and already plan to close it. The manager is on a high horse. The front desk people, the female was nice but inexperienced and the male needs to learn interpersonal skills, or just how to communicate things. For being customer service, they have none. I will never come back to this branch or this company EVER. Edited: Already called the number below, and still had to call the branch, and the manager was very pretentious. I don't plan to complain, I plan to not give my money to this horrible company.

Cyndie G.5I became a member a little over 4 years ago because my father is a member. I always had terrible experiences with banks and had been using prepaid cards as my debit card for YEARS. I never had a problem with this banking location until COVID - for obvious reasons. I'm usually in and out in about 5 minutes or less. Never had any problems with customer service. I'm shocked to see so many 1-star reviews. Maybe I just keep showing up when they have great staff scheduled? I'm really hoping this location's score improves!

Ryan Bucher1Small business loan, no issues with the loan itself but I've called the guy here who set it up for me more than 10x and he never calls back. Turns out it's similar across the board with Commerce, I've acquired several numbers of their commercial loan department and they literally have never called me back even once despite multiple voicemails I've left. All I want to do is pay off the loan. Update: Commerce responded here almost immediately below with the number, which I called and left a message more than once and have still received no call back!

Brooke Dockins1The service at this location is attrocious. I've been a commerce banker since I was little and this branch has made my decision to close my account after 20 plus years an easy one. Continually making the customers life harder, they don't seem to understand that if it wasn't for us with our money earning interest, the cards we use accruing usage fees, along with all other fees they rack on they wouldn't have a paycheck. I'm done with this company and their horrible understanding of service. Stay far away, especially from this location.

Ican1Customer service here is pretty good until they hired on a new employee. First time going through the drive through and it took longer than going in. The young woman did not greet me and did not give any instruction on whether I could get any service at the moment but instead made me wait 5 minutes then decided to asked me “did you need anything.” They could work on better communication skills.

Dillon Bettinger1Manager at this location acted like it was inconvenience to help me, then could not even help me. Told me false information about another bank, saying a "privacy act" will stop them from validating funds. Went to the bank and they said they wil verify no problem. HE JUST DIDN'T WANT TO WORK! Tall guy who sits in office to the right of the front door.

But this bank is totally unprofessional, and like someone else said it the close one to me, but I go out of my way to get better help. Because this one is not a good place.
