  Jermey is just one of the employees very knowledgeable and professional close my loan in record time , Jeremy explained all my questions .One main saved me from being a homeless veteran never had bad experience all employees are there to help in anyway possible. Very important making payments on time . Covid19 has hurt a lot of customers was given opportunity making some payments on the end of the contract don’t hold Neto that , anyway one main has been awesome , Thank you

  THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.... Jill is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL... you get behind on your payments and her tone oozes hatred and disgust towards you. She will talk to you like you are a complete fool. This place is a joke... Tammy on the other hand is wonderful. She is always kind and helpful. Jill should take notes on proper customer service skills.

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was advised at my loan closing that I could switch my accounts for auto-payment online after my first payment was processed. I did so, and the subsequent payment was still debited from my original account. When I called to remedy it, I was told that I was never advised I could make any changes online, that I misunderstood, and that customers always have to come into the branch to make any changes because then customers would constantly be revoking auto-debit authorization and switching account information on them. (Not allowing revocation of authorization over the phone, online, or in writing is a direct violation of federal law, by the way) When I broached the topic of the NSF fee that I accrued because of their mistake, I was told that it was not their problem, and I should have paid more attention to the loan-adviser that's been working there for 20+ years. It's quite unfortunate that they were unwilling to practice any sympathy or patience in this phone call, because refinancing all of my credit card debt with them was so helpful. Too bad their employees aren't as accommodating.

  Twila at this location is exceedingly rude and uncooperative. Called this morning to speak to a house mate that is not here and I hung up on her rather than be asked a zillion questions. Did she get the hint? No called back immediately and was unwilling to give her employee number or let me speak to her supervisor or manager about repeated calling this number. REFUSED to let me speak to anyone else. Was snotty, arrogant, and in general a horrid customer service rep. Call placed to CS and will be speaking with her regional manager on Monday. Nice move HARRASSING people that are not even in business with your company! Can't imagine what kind of hassle they give to their actual customers!!!

  these idiots keep calling me, asking for me, and then hanging up when I say its me. I call back, the guy was rude, accused me of calling them. They claim to have no record of me and that I'm being a problem because I called them back asking what they wanted with me. Reporting to the BBB after receiving repeated harassing phone calls while working despite having no connection with these idiots

  Was preapproved for loan but before I went forward I had second thought. I then thought about it more. When applying online there wasn’t a place to enter second job & after speaking with a representative at the Olathe Branch found out the income couldn’t be part of income, self employed must have 1 year history. The individual was rigid during conversation.

  My loan allowed me to be there for a loved one that lost their job because of the pandemic and has been homeless.
