      My wife and I just moved here 6 months ago. The FIRST thing we did was open up an account and transfer funds. we transferred 401k's, IRA's, ETC. The Staff could not have been any more accommodating. We have been nothing but 120% Satisfied.

      The Lees Summit branch is capable with employees in building of printing cards. However they send us to a “traditional” location a few miles away for all issues. This other location is slammed every time I go there. Spending over an hour in line waiting for service each time I’ve gone. These are times when I can’t use the video teller. What is the point of having these people in the branch, with things we need to be able to function and doing nothing everyday. Get this other location some help. As if things aren’t stressful enough with the virus. Very disappointed. People deserve better than waiting an hour and more for services when there is people at other locations.

      This bank has aLWAYS been more than helpful w/any banking needs I have needed in the last 10years. They are VERY customer service oriented. And I love NO MORE bank charges for most things.

      The ATMs rarely work. I (attempt) to deposit multiple checks (6-8) weekly and have never once had all checks accepted by the ATMs. The machine has even kept my checks on multiple occasions without giving credit toward my account (when this happens you have to wait a week for the machine to be “serviced” and have your checks retrieved). One occasion the machine froze, so I went inside for assistance, and while I was inside the machine un-froze and sent my checks out. Luckily a Good Samaritan gathered them before they blew too far away. Very disappointed in these machines that are supposed to save time and be more efficient.

      I would give this location five stars if they had safe deposit boxes. Outside of that, the staff is very friendly and offers up full service banking. One thing they still don't offer after having asked for two years now is they do not offer Google Pay support. As a credit union, that makes zero sense. Their partner credit unions a few towns away offer Google Pay support and they have fewer branches.

      having to get new card during covid 19 it is very frustration to know people are at the lee's summit location where i live and have to go to ovpk location to get a new card and have to wait forever to get any help, other than that i do understand about safety, but there has to be an easier way for people not to have to drive so far to get a card independence and ovpk are 30- 45 min from my home, and after work it is even worse because of traffic. I do love the credit union everyone is always very nice and helpful

      One reason I've stuck with a local credit union was the option for personal interaction at the local level. Inside this particular branch, there are machines with virtual tellers. Call me old and crotchety (I'm in my 30s), but if I wanted to put my checks in a box, I would've done that outside or cashed them by snapping a picture. I worry about the future loss of LOCAL jobs, even though the employee inside argued with me about this inevitable fact. I hope I don't see more of this at other branches.

      The worst customer service experience while trying to get a small personal loan for family after the tornadoes. Treated rudely and with contempt by my operator. I will be leaving the institution and making sure to tell every family friends and customer that they are not to join or need to leave. I drive a tow truck and get in front of a lot of private customers and business owners. Never recommend

      Daniel was excellent help. What I needed done wasn't possible in one day due to a technical issue but Daniel managed to help me with what he could the first day, and when he saw me walk in on the second day remembered me and invited me right over to finish things up very quickly and easily. Though I'm leaving Community America I've been with them for a while and have never had any trouble and have always been treated respectfully. I highly recommend them.
